Per Policy 6-321, each division, department, school, or college is required to review Tenured Faculty on a five-year schedule and to ratify standards and criteria for those reviews. These standards are approved by the unit faculty, the dean, the Senate Faculty Review Standards Committee (SFRSC), and the cognizant Senior Vice President. The SFRSC, with the support of the Senior Vice Presidents, have created a template.
