The University Regulations Office manages the regulations library and coordinates the regulations revision process.

Contact the University Regulations Office if:

  • you plan to revise a university regulation;
  • you have a general question about university regulations; or
  • you're not sure which university regulation addresses the topic you need help with

The Policy Owner

Each University policy and rule includes a "contact" section that lists a "policy owner". Contact the policy owner (or their office) with questions about the content of the regulation. If you are unable to find the policy owner or the specific regulation that relates to your question, please contact the University Regulations Office.

College Council Charters and Faculty Review Standards

The Office for Faculty assists colleges revise and maintain College Council Charters and faculty-appointing units with their Retention, Promotion, and Tenure Standards; their Tenured Faculty Review (TFR) Standards; and their Career-line, Adjunct, and Visiting (CAV) Standards. Contact the Office for Faculty for help with these documents.
