Effective November 1, 2026, the university updated Rule R5-200B: Paid Time Off (PTO), Holidays, Paid Parental Leave, and Other Paid and Unpaid Leave for University of Utah Health, Hospitals and Clinics Staff Members related to how holiday pay is provided to staff members who are required to work on a holiday.
