Policy 6-500: Curriculum Management and Administration
Effective June 10, 2026, the university revised Policy 6-500: Curriculum Management and Administration to require that combined bachelor's and master's programs first confer the bachelor's degree upon completion of bachelor's degree requirements and then confer the master’s degrees in so-called “4+1” pathways. Previously, the policy required the bachelor’s degree to be conferred only upon completion of the master’s degree.
