Newly enacted Interim Policy 1-021 and related interim rules establish an abusive conduct policy for the University. The three related (R1-021A for all employee except faculty and University of Utah Hospitals and Clinics (UUHC) staff, R1-021B for UUHC staff, and and R1-021C for faculty) rules establish reporting and resolutions processes for different classifications of staff.
