Policy 1-020: Required Professional Boundaries in Relationship

Effective October 11, 2022, the University revised Policy 1-020: Required Professional Boundaries in Relationships to specifically prohibit university representatives from sharing sexually explicit information or images with a current student in the same academic area unless the information is related to an academic activity. The University also repealed Policy 5-105: Employment or Supervision of Immediate Family, as this topic was incorporated into Policy 1-020 in 2018.

Policy 5-206: Vehicle Parking Policy

Effective August 9, 2022, the University revised Policy 5-206: Vehicle Parking Policy to update outdated provisions.

Policy 3-233: Operation of Motorized Vehicles on Pedestrian Walks

Effective August 9, 2022, the University revised Policy 3-233: Operation of Motorized Vehicles on Pedestrian Walks to create specific routes for motor vehicles (motor vehicles are defined as motor vehicles that are registered and licensed with the Utah Department of Motor Vehicles and do not include bicycles, scooters, University grounds equipment, or golf carts) to use when traveling on pedestrian walkways.

The University enacted Procedure P3-100E: Pre-Solicitation Market Research - Communication with Vendors to address the process for University Organizational Units to conduct market research when exploring potential purchases in a manner that promotes fairness and is intended to avoid conflicts of interest.
