Career-line, Adjunct, and Visiting (CAV) Faculty Reviews

Per Policy 6-310 and Rule R6-310A, each faculty appointing academic unit is required to review the Career-line, Adjunct, and Visiting faculty in the unit. Each department, school, college, or qualified interdisciplinary teaching program (QUIDTP) shall have approved standards for conducting such reviews. The guidelines are approved by the academic unit, dean/director, university reviewing committee (Senate Faculty Review Standards Committee (SFRSC) for academic units and the University Interdisciplinary Teaching Programs Faculty Advisory Committee (UITP Committee) for Qualified Interdisciplinary Teaching Programs (QIDTP)), and the cognizant Senior Vice President.  The SFRSC, with the support of the Senior Vice Presidents, have created a template for these standards.
